ASSESSMENT/EVALUATION

Facilitates the gathering, charting, reviewing and prioritizing of data relating to risk factors and community needs and assists in implementation of surveys and reports on the gathered data.  Assists in the evaluation of the coalition and its programs (with the assistance of a professional evaluator, if possible) and makes recommendations based on findings.

DIVERSITY

Addresses multi-cultural issues and recruits members in order to reflect the community’s diversity on the coalition.

 FUNDING

Assists in searching out funding for programs, events and items, tracks contributions and facilitates the recognition of funders and/or contributors.YOUTH (teen members)Assesses the needs of their peers and plans, facilitates and/or assisst with appropriate community activities, with the assistance of an adult advisor.

MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

Recruits, welcomes new members and insures group maintenance in terms of assessing and meeting needs (i.e., training, etc) of members.

PROGRAMMING

Monitors B3T-sponsored programs/events, identifies and investigates new programs, searches out available resources and/or appropriate providers, acts as the sponsored programs’ quality assurance mechanism and makes recommendations based on their findings.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

Develops and facilitates an annual plan to publicize information relating to the B3T coalition, its programs, events and members. Additionally has primary oversight of www.BensalemB3T.com.
